A candidate must fulfill all the given conditions in order to be eligible for the CDS exam.
The candidate must be a citizen of India or a subject of Nepal, a person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma, East African countries of Uganda, Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania, Malawi, Zaire, Zambia, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
A certificate of eligibility is required for every candidate mentioned above except the one who is a citizen of India.
For IMA- Unmarried males, born not earlier than 2nd January 1998 and not later than 1st January 2003.
For Indian Naval Academy- Unmarried males, born not earlier than 2nd January 1998 and not later than 1st January 2003.
For Air Force Academy- 20-24 years as on 1st January 2022 i.e. born not earlier than 2nd January 1998 and not later than 1st January 2002 (Upper age limit for candidates holding valid and current Commercial Pilot Licence issued by DGCA (India) is relaxable up to 26 yrs. i.e. born not earlier than 2nd January, 1996 and not later than 1st January, 2002 only are eligible.
Note- Candidates below 25 years of age must be unmarried. Those married and above 25 years of age are also eligible but will not be provided any accommodation for family nor can they live outside the premises with their family.
For OTA, (SSC Course for men)- Unmarried males, born not earlier than 2nd January, 1997 and not later than 1st January, 2003 only are eligible. Male divorcee/ widower candidates are not to be treated as unmarried.
For OTA, )SSC Course for women)- Unmarried females, born not earlier than 2nd January, 1997 and not later than 1st January, 2003. Issueless divorcees and issueless widows who have not remarried are also eligible.
The minimum educational qualification for admission in these institutes is a Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university.

Relaxation in height of 5 cms is allowed for Gorkhas and candidates from the North-eastern hilly region, Garhwali, and Kumaon.

The date of birth must match the date of birth as mentioned in the matriculation/ 12th certificate. After the result declaration of the exam, the candidates are required to submit the age of proof.
Marriage is prohibited until the completion of the training. A candidate who marries after the result declaration shall not be eligible for training. If the candidate marries during the training, he shall be discharged and will be required to compensate any amount incurred on him by the govt during the training.
A candidate is required to pass a minimum 12th Board examination to apply for NDA/NA exam.

AirForce Commission Admission Test exam is the entrance examination conducted by Indian Air Force for Permanent Commission as well as Short Service Commission in Indian Air Force for Flying Branch as well as Ground duty (both technical and non-technical).
