This phase comprises of an interview with a panel of 4-5 Bureaucrats / Psychologists. The theme of the interview is HR and the general perception of a candidate towards the nation, the government and the knowledge of the Indian and International Banking system. The interview is of 50 Marks. Candidates are shortlisted for the interview, based on the aggregate of marks obtained in Phase-II (Paper-I +Paper-II +Paper-III). The minimum aggregate cut off marks for being shortlisted for the Interview will be decided by the Board in relation to the number of vacancies. A candidate may opt for an interview either in Hindi or English. Final Selection will be through merit list which will be prepared by adding marks secured by candidates in Phase-II examination and interview.
As you know that there will be three phases for the selection of RBI Grade B Officers. The first two being the written tests and the third being the Interview.
The RBI Grade B phase-1 exam is an objective type examination conducted online. It will have 4 sections: General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning

Pre-examination training Participating organizations for a limited number of aspirants who belong to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes/Minority Communities at select centers. The admit card for RBI Grade B 2024 Exam will be released before 15 days of exam. Candidates will be able to download RBI Grade B Prelims Admit Card once it is released by the RBI. The admit card for RBI Grade B Exam will be issued to candidates separately for Prelims & Mains. Candidates who successfully submit their RBI Grade B Online Application Form will be issued a Prelims Call Letter and the Mains Admit Card will be issued to candidates who will qualify for the prelims round of the RBI Grade B 2021 Exam.
RBI Grade B Result for the Prelims Exam will be released by the Reserve Bank of India soon after the Prelims Exam has been conducted. The marks secured by the candidates in the RBI Grade B Exam in Prelims, Main Exam, and Interview will be available on the Bank’s website only after the declaration of the final result. The merit list is prepared in the descending order of the marks obtained by candidates after the interview process is complete.
The cut off for RBI Grade B 2024 Exam will be released after each phase of the examination is completed. The cut-off for the Prelims exam will be released first followed by the cut-off for the Mains exam. Candidates can evaluate their marks and their chances of selection by matching their score with the cut-off list released by RBI.
