• It is computer-based test.
• The topics come under XAT are Decision Making, Data Interpretation, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, General Knowledge.
• XAT comes once in a year.
• The duration of exams is 3 Hour.
• It has over 700 B-Colleges accepted XAT Scorecard.
• The Scorecard is valid for 1 year.
• It is a National Level Exam.
• It has 100 questions in MCQ format.

XAT Marking Scheme

• One Marks allotted each question.
• 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong question.
• -0.50 marks will be deduced for more than eight wrong question.
• No negative marking in General Knowledge Sections also the marks of this section will not be calculated in XAT Scorecard.

XAT Eligibility

The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university

Students in their final year of Bachelor’s degree (completing final examination by June 10, 2023) or awaiting their results are also eligible to apply, provided they can produce their Graduation certificate and mark sheet by the end of the year.

Candidates who took the exam on Computer-Based test can check their result on the official website of XAT. The XAT score is based on Sectional-Wise as well as Percentile wise.

Check the Stepwise process of checking XAT result:

Step 1: Visit the official website of XAT.

Step 2: Click on the ‘XAT 2024 Results’ tab present on the homepage

Step 3: Enter the following details in the space provided on the result page:

1. a) Roll Number of the candidate
2. b) Application Form/Registration Number of the candidate
3. c) Date of Birth.

Step 4: Press the ‘Submit’

Step 5: XAT Scorecard will appear on your screen.
